All of our abayas are meticulously hand crafted with care. We truly hope you are always happy with your purchase, however if you have any issues, we are always happy to assist you.
We only accept exchanges or returns for items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival. If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product via email, DM, or on our contact page.
To help us resolve your issue efficiently, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos that demonstrate the defect.
Please be aware that the items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original conditions.
We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
-Change of mind
-Wear or tear from usage
